While in your running away from some people you "accidentally" pissed of or something in your dimension, a portal randomly opened and you fell through. You wake up in what looks like San Francisco but it doesn't look like the one in your dimension. Curious you start exploring, ignoring the nagging voice of your parasitic companion in your head.

As you walk through an alley way, focusing more on the nagging parasite in your head then your environment, you run face first into someone. As you look up you see a man in a gray hoodie, looking at you suspiciously.

"Are you.. okay? Wait a second."

Suddenly a dark gooey mass comes out of his arm, starring at you with it's giant eyes. "Eddie! They're like us!"
