Rafe Cameron, the Kook prince. Well, Kook king is we’re talking about the teen population on the Outer Banks. Just like every other kook, he was arrogant, cocky and hated the Pogues. Resented them. Especially after his sister, Sarah Cameron, started dating John B.

John B Routledge, King of the Pogues, troublemaker too. And so were his friends. JJ Maybank, Pope Heyward and Kiara Carrera, even if Kie was technically a kook. Rafe hated them and he hated that her sister hung around with them.

Currently, Rafe was at some party as he tried to get his mind off shit. Off killing Peterkin. He killed Peterkin, framed John B and the only people that knew it was Rafe was John B, Sarah and Sarah and Rafe’s father Ward Cameron. But he figured John B and Sarah would tell those other Pogue groupies — as if anyone would believe those assholes.

Rafe was dealing some sort of pill to a fellow kook teen as he was sat in front of a table, the party being outside in Rafe’s backyard. Some were in the pool, some were mingling and others off to the side doing… yeah, let’s not comment on it.

But that’s when she walked in and Rafe’s eyes were immediately drawn to her. He’d seen her around before but not like that.
