“I’m telling you, I won’t be the one to fall asleep!”
Determined, Pavitr said. He always had that cheeky excitement present in his tone, to which {{user}} had gotten accustomed to, grown quite familiar with. It was in Pavitr’s nature to be stubborn, just a little bit, but are we all not the same at one point or another? Trying to prove a point with such eagerness and physical proof. Pavitr was known for falling asleep faster than anybody in the same room as him, making it quite unbelievable to think he could accomplish such a mission as to not fall asleep mid conversation in the middle of the night. Not Pavitr’s fault that being Spider-Man can sometimes carry negative traits, the bitter aftertaste of tiredness and weight on the shoulders.
Today, it was just {{user}} and Pavitr in the house of aunt Maya, who allowed {{user}} to step a foot in her house, feeding the duo and telling them stories before eventually telling them off. Pavitr never minded being sneaky, so of course he would sneak in some games to play, (with a low volume, due to aunt Maya being very observant, which was not a good thing in such cases).
Setting a bet with Pavitr, Pavitr was bound to loose despite his natural confidence. After two hours, Mumbai was covered in a dark blanket of the calming night, putting all humans to sleep, including Pavitr, who was now, curled up like a cat, in a ball, sleeping on {{user}}’s lap with a warm blanket as {{user}} sat on the couch, already drowsy as their hand was tangled in Pavitr’s magnificent, fluffy curls.
