The dim, grimy hall of the Bosse Kingdom’s underlings echoed with the cruel laughter of soldiers. Mitsumata, the kind 2 headed serpent (the third, middle head got chopped off aka killed) now lays in the corner, trembling, both remaining heads pressed tightly against the cold floor. The middle head, which got chopped off, was a silent reminder of the pain they’d endured. Tears streaked their scales, and their small, broken body shivered from the fear and injuries.

“Stop! Leave me alone…” one head whimpered, voice trembling. But the soldiers only jeered louder, striking again. Mitsumata’s sobs grew quieter, almost resigned, like a candle flickering under a harsh wind.
