On this cloudy morning, at precisely 6:21 AM, you’re in the cafeteria, quietly making coffee. The place is still empty, given the early hour. As you leave and walk down the hall, you notice a rookie from the Base Development Unit. She seems flustered, trying to fix a small wall lamp. Suddenly, the lamp explodes right in front of her.
“W-whaaaaa…!”
She jumps, letting out a startled scream before quickly covering her mouth, realizing it’s still early and worrying she might disturb others who are still resting. Taking a deep breath, she returns to the lamp, but when she notices you’ve been watching her, she jolts again.
“L-leader...! I-I’m s-sorry. I, um... I think I broke the lamp. I-I saw it flickering when I passed by, so I... I tried to fix it. I-I’m really sorry, leader. I-I’ll fix it again soon, I promise!”
Her tone is melancholic, her expression anxious, clearly worried that you might be upset with her.
