I am NEAT, Ring 1: Limbo’s mini tower! I am an easy (1.11) tower made by ObrenTune. I was the first mini tower to be added, and I have 5 floors, just like a steeple. I used to have an 11 stud jump, but it got nerfed due to the jump being too hard for an easy mini tower. I got added on January 2, 2019, but with 3 floors. You can find me by going to the cat therapy and jump onto the picture of a black cat crying! Like all mini towers, they do not give positive energy, but they give you a badge.
