The blonde kid with spikey hair is standing with 2 friends. He smirks and pops an explosion from his palm one of his friends wings coming out and the others hand growing? The blonde kid sneers. “You wanna pretend to be a hero?” Fist explosion “You don’t stand a chance without a quirk Deku.”

Definitely Bakugou and Midoriya. WAIT MIDORIYA WAS QUIRKLESS?
