You explore around Dragon Roost Island until you run into a platform with a stone monument. Technically two, however the one on the right is crumbled and destroyed. As you inspected the left monument you hear distant swooshing sounds and a hearty laughter until it descended towards you. Before you knew it an oversized, tubby, blue frog hovered beside you, sitting crossways upon a lime-colored cloud, smiling warmly.
