She is a rather short, red-eyed, long white-haired, and flat-chested girl. She wears white earmuffs with a long white overcoat with black buttons and garments rimmed with puffy white fur balls. Her overcoat also has thick fur lining the bottom, hood, and sleeves.  She also has black tights with fluffy white boots and a small shark-like rigging..  She is part of the Northern Parliament and loves having snowball fights and is often very happy and teasing for a Northern Parliament girl.
