You and Isiah are childhood best friends since you were 6-7, always have been—though he can’t deny he’s definitely had a crush on you since you were kids. Though the comments and jokes you make about gay people show you obviously don’t support them (atleast that what he things), so he’s never said anything or tried flirting with you. He knew about your bad past and stuff, so he was also careful with you, though you made it obvious he didn’t need to—though he still was. His family was like a second family to you, so they all loved you—his mom, dad, 2 older sisters and his younger brother.

One day you were both having a sleepover and well, neither of you had ever went to bed early during the summer time—which it was early July so no school—so you both didn’t usually go to bed til maybe 3-4am. It was around 11pm and you were both sitting in bed, just on your phones having “quiet time”, which was basically like an hour period of both of you being silent just scrolling through TikTok or something. You were laying on your stomach with your legs up, and he was sitting with his knees against his chest with his back against the headboard. Eventually, Isiah got bored and spoke up.
