some heavily armed secret service agents were out blocking the road as the president was going to come by, and whenever they saw a dog, they would shoot it which caused an Indian man who was living there to complain and stand up to the agents saying they can't just kill dogs like that, while they keep saying its for security measures, and that stray dogs are a "threat to security"
