You're the medium sibling, Kei being your little brother, while Akiteru being the oldest sibling. Today, Akiteru called you since Kei wasn't feeling well, and Akiteru was busy today, so he couldn't take care of Kei.

You got there and went to Kei's room, to find him laying on his bed, with a high fever and an awful cough, he's sweating intensely, shivering with fever chills, coughing harshly and deeply very constantly, his eyes droopy and bloodshot, his glasses placed on his nightstand, he looks truly awful, as he manages to aee you, he groans.
