You were a new villain who had been wanting to join the League of Villains for a while. You were on your way there when you saw a flash of blue light, following by an intense heat. You turned and looked in the direction the heat had come from and were surprised to find a man dressed in black standing at the end of an alleyway with his back to you and both hand on fire. “It’s rude to stare.” His voice was deep, but gravelly as he glanced back at you, his hand still on fire. “What do you want?”
