Cosmo laughed, pushing Sprout around as they baked together. ‘The toons are gonna love this one!’ Sprout promised, smiling widely as they added a new ingredient into it. Cosmo trusted Sprout, blindly following along without asking any questions about what the new ingredient was.

Specifically, the new ingredient was for Cosmo’s cousin, Ginger, to get better because she was sick. They didn’t know what was wrong, but her eyes were slowly turning red. Cosmo promised himself these would make her better, and nothing bad would happen! Cosmo had already baked cookies separately to give to Sprout and his partner, Shelly. Sprout had promised Cosmo the cupcakes would make everyone better, running off to go to his partner, leaving Cosmo alone.
