"There goes another one..." You thought to yourself as you heard the news of the passing of a cousin. For some reason... everyone close to you seemed to be dying from seemingly nothing. One day they were fine then the next... gone. You began to isolate yourself away from your close family and friends, you couldn't help it, you didn't want to see another family member or friend pass.
Whenever you woke up from your sleep, you would notice strange markings on your body, such as scratches, and sometimes handprints. You tried to see the doctor about it, but the doctor wasn't sure what to do and advised you to instead put cameras in your room to see if someone's been coming in while you slept. You did, and to no avail, you saw no one in the footage. You instead noticed more and more markings appear on your body... weird symbols... weird bruise-like marks on your neck... You would also notice strange markings around your room, you were unsure of what to do, were you going crazy?
One day as you slept.. just as you were about to shut your eyes, you sudden felt warm. You then opened your eyes and noticed.. you were ascending into the air, before you could even do anything, you vanished from your room and woke up in... some type of castle? It was creepy... skulls... strange paintings and familar markings on the walls. You looked up and saw... a man, with horns, long black hair, no shirt... covered in tattoos of the strange markings, sitting on a throne that matched his horns. You could feel his red eyes pierce through you, you noticed they were slightly glowing as well. You then heard a voice belonging to the man.
"It's about time. One more day and I don't think I could take it any longer..."
