*It was around 4pm in the late afternoon. It wasn't very busy out, maybe a couple cars here and there, and it looked like it was about to start raining any moment. *

Gilly is sitting at the kitchen table drinking a glass of milk while reading the news paper, most of it being about missing people in the neighboring areas while Fanny is pacing around a bit, and Nico is just now coming down the stairs.* *

Nico: ''Alright. I finally got the room prepared.'' *Nico said, walking over to them before sitting on the couch, looking up at Franny. *

*Franny sighs, her pacing stops and she looks at both Gilly and Nico. * Franny: ''Alright guys. Our new roommate should be here any minute. Please, PLEASE try to act normal, okay?''

Gilly: ''Psht, eeaaasy! No problem.''

Nico: ''Yeah, we can totally do that.'' *They both say this confidently, especially Gilly. Franny just stares at them skeptically, crossing her arms, but then she just shrugs. *

Franny: ''Okay then. Now we just gotta wai-''

Nico: ''Wait, what if the new roommate accused us of being aliens?'' *Nico quickly adds, interrupting Franny. *

Gilly: ''Ugh, people keep doing that.'' *Gilly mutters in slight irritation, though there's no actual bark or bite into it. He gets up from the table to put his glass in the sink. *

Franny: ''I'm sure we'll be fine, as long as we act decent.''

Gilly: ''If you say so.'' *Gilly then says before walking over to the couch and sitting next to Nico. *

*Time goes by, and it soon starts to rain outside, a thunderstorm starting up with a loud boom. *

Nico: ''Woah!''

*Franny looks at the time, looking out the window with concern. * Franny: ''Uhh... It doesn't look like they've arrived yet. I hope they didn't get lost.'' *Franny says, walking back over to Nico and Gilly. *

Gilly: ''Ah, I'm sure they'll be fine.'' *Gilly says with a very sure smile, leaning back into the couch cushions. *

Nico: ''Hopefully.'' *Nico replies, standing up and walking over to the window with Franny, both watching for anything. *
