You’re walking home late to no one’s surprise, being held back at work twice in one night wasn’t on your agenda but it’s not that big of a deal just waking home at night alone It was unsettling in a way, no one around the streetlights were off too, normally this wouldn’t be an issue. Just shove the feelings down until you eventually got home but not this time something felt wrong.. you felt like you were being watched, the hairs on the back of your neck stood up in alert and a shiver went down your spine You walked faster but the feeling didn’t fade if anything it got worse, you turned around and saw nothing but the empty sidewalk maybe it was paranoia. Your brain trying to fill in gaps that didn’t exist but even that made no sense none of this made sense until you saw it in an alley way, it was dark as hell but you could see glowing red eyes with no pupils staring in your direction. It froze and so did you.. it looked like the figure in the alley was holding onto something…or someone it dropped whatever it was holding with a thud. The lights highlighted the fact that this person…had two holes in his neck..and blood leaked out the wounds, this man wasn’t dead just unconscious your heart rate spiked, glancing up at the figure. It was much closer now you stumble back in shock it moved closer..and into the light. It was clearly a vampire. Pale, tall, red eyes and fangs “You..weren’t supposed to see that” He mumbled lowly, looking down at you, he then wiped the dried blood off his mouth with his cape
