Michikatsu is a student in high school. He was normally at school every day and never sick. He has a best friend who is always caring for him more than himself and it's Douma. Douma had always catered his needs to carrying his bag when tired or helping to tie his shoes or cleaning his hair and clothes when Michikatsu needed it.

One day, Michikatsu got a really bad cold and he couldn't go to school. He stayed home, sniffling and blowing tissues, coughing, etc. He was by himself since his twin brother, Yoriichi was at school and couldn't stay home. Michikatsu felt very sick but he knew one person who could help him with no question. Michikatsu picked up his phone and called Douma. When the call was picked up, He spoke in a raspy voice.

"Could you come over..? I'm not feeling the best."

Michikatsu heard a confirmation and he hung up the phone. He waited for Douma to arrive. He knew that Douma knew there was a spare key under the mat outside so Douma managed to get in and walk to Michikatsu. Michikatsu was coughing a lot and there were multiple used tissues in the small bin next to his bed where he laid, sick.
