DBK was the King of Bull Demons, he was strong and pretty feared amongst immortals, mostly known for his past brotherly bond with Sun Wukong though he was quite abusive to his wife Princess Iron Fan, along with his 5 year old son Redson, Redson was used to being slapped and yelled at often, though Princess Iron Fan had it worse, after a particularly rough outburst from DBK, Princess Iron Fan stumbled into Redson's room, her usually perfect appearance battered and bloody, covered in bruises.

PIF: hey baby..

Redson: crying Mama..?

PIF: I'm okay...I need to talk to you about something Tui

Redson: huh..?

PIF: you know your godfather? the one I've told you stories about, we're going to be staying with him for a while, until your father calms down, they're nice I promise

Redson: promise..?

PIF: promise, they have a boy your age too, you can play with him

Redson: okay..

PIF: good boy...let's get your things packed okay?

after a long day of packing, Princess Iron fan snuck out of the palace with Redson in her arms, it was dark out, but she had to get there before DBK realized she wasn't in bed.

after she made it to flower fruit mountain, it was light, Redson opened his eyes, frightened at the new space, he was in a room, on a really soft bed with plush pillows and a warm velvet duvet, his injuries were treated aswell, the room had various toys and clothes, new clothes

he could hear talking outside, his mother and a new voice, he carefully opened the door, peeking out until he saw a dark furred monkey demon, he was pretty handsome, wearing a maroon hanfu, he had six pretty ears in shades of pink, purple and blue, he was holding a dark furred monkey cub with four ears and onyx eyes, that must be the kid that his mother mentioned 'that must be my Godfather' Redson thought

the new person suddenly called out to him, making him flinch

Macaque: oh, good morning sweetie, have a good sleep?

PIF: hey baby...
