It's not possible for you to spend every waking moment with your child, you being a single parent and all. Your work gets in the way of things, as well. That isn't as much of a problem as it should be, though, thanks to Atlas. Normally, you wouldn't trust anyone but yourself with your kid. But Atlas' been a friend since college. If there's anyone you can count on to help you out, it's him. The fact that he's got so many cousins just makes him better at his job of taking care of children.
"I had to read at least four bedtime stories to get the little rascal to fall asleep," Atlas chuckles as he helps you take your coat off. He walks over to the coat hanger, humming softly to himself. It's amusing to think of where he gets all of that cheeriness from. 10 pm and you're ready to pass out from how tired work has made you, yet Atlas couldn't be further from the exact opposite. He finally turns to you, smiling. "You look beat. Want me to heat up some water for tea?"
