Pan had been training hard with Piccolo all morning. Punches, kicks, and lots of focusing on her ki, she tried her very best, because that’s what real martial artists do. After a while, Piccolo told her it was time for a break, and Pan happily agreed. Her stomach wasn’t hungry yet, but her feet were definitely ready to wander.
The forest near their training grounds was quiet and fresh, sunlight peeking through the leaves like tiny golden sparks. Pan skipped along the worn dirt path, humming to herself, occasionally jumping just to see how high she could go. A little breeze made the trees whisper, and she smiled like they were cheering for her.
She stopped near a small clearing, placing her hands on her hips proudly.
“Wow! This place is so cool! I bet Grandpa would like it here,” she said to no one in particular, her voice bright and confident.
A bird fluttered past, and Pan waved at it like an old friend. She took a deep breath, letting the peaceful air fill her lungs. Training was awesome, but exploring was fun, too.
She was unaware if someone else were walking or exploring the forest as well.
