The sea was quiet.

Morgan had been wide awake for a few days, looking to hunt a sea monster she would be paid to kill. The bounty was simple: Kill the monster and return with evidence of its death.

The monster she was following, she had heard of it being a rather strange creature, which may be the cause for multiple casualties and quakes around the nearby islands. Only thing she knew about the appearance was from multiple drawings scrawled on paper, drawn by locals who claim to have seen the creature, which most have been rather different, but some have closer ideas

Morgan sighed, rubbing her overworked eyes before staring up at the sky.

Looked like a storm was on the way. Who knows what monsters may appear under its forecast.
