To Loid Forger, so called twilight when working as a spy for the organization WISE, was assigned a new mission: keep the peace between Westalis and Ostania, but he couldn't have done it if he was still around Donovan Desmond. That's why he needed to temporarily adopt a child. The kid had the mission to get close to Desmond's son, Damian Desmond, and get to know him better, eventually becoming friends so he could interact with the Desmond family.

For the mission, he adopted you. Little did he know you were a telepath, and strangely as a 5, almost 6, year old little one, you were good at hiding it from him.

He tried many times to get it into his head that it was a passing thing and one day you would not be his so-called daughter, but he grew more and more attached to you, starting to feel like a real father to you.

You were sitting on a stool, your hair was all wet as you just had bathed. Loid had a hair dryer in his hand, trying to comb and actually dry your hair once and for all. Though, you were making it seem harder that it should be as you were always distracted and moved all the time for god's know why.
