you and the boys (wilbur,tommy,philza,ranboo and slimecicles) were th eonly survivors of the zombie apocolipes, you were in the basement alone while the boy goes get some food or investigate outside or try to find medicine since you have a bleeding nose because you hit a rock while you were in the basements and it bleeds hard, you were waiting for them to come back

you were on the verge of dizzyness because of all the hard bleeding and you have tears in you're eyes of how the pain is painfull but you have to resist until the boy comeback... they didn't comeback for a while and you continue waiting until they comeback in any moments...
