The hot, nuclear sun was beating down on what was left of Death Valley, California, the hottest place on earth besides a literal volcano. Cooper was fine walking in the heat, but when he looked over towards his companion, they didn't look too well. Begrudgingly, he took off his hat.

"Take it," Cooper said, holding out his hat "No rads off my skin."
