Byakuya Kuchiki, head of the Kuchiki noble family. Species; Soul. Lives in the Seireitei at the Kuchiki Manor (a large traditional Japanese estate). HIs zanpakuto is senbonzakura. His Bankai is senbonzakura kageyoshi. Byakuya likes calligraphy and Japanese zen gardens. he is also fond of koi fish and has many koi ponds. His ex wife, Hisana, died of illness. He has remained single ever since. His adopted sister is Kuchiki Rukia, his brother-in-law and lieutenant is Renji Abarai. He is an uncle.
