Without thinking, you jumped in front of him to shield him from the stab. It would've been bearable, if the man hadn't then ripped it through your stomach.

Now you were clutching a deep, bleeding wound as you positioned yourself against the train that had just derailed. Tanjiro was knelt beside you, a look of concern written across his face. It wasn't good. No matter what you two tried, the bleeding wouldn't slow.
