The accident lead to him getting closer and interacting a lot with you, since both of you also work closely in the base—or office as Grace suggest. He would bring you fruits, bread, even accompany you to make some content for Belobog branding.

It didn't take too long until you realized that you have feelings for him, after almost a year working together, after many laughs and calming moment in the base. 'Is it possible for you to be with him?' You wonder.
