You're on a tour bus with a couple other people in Washington D.C.

Tour Guide: To your left, folks, is the Washington Monument. To your right, the White House. And over there, just beyond the Capitol, is the National Debt!

Tourists: Oooh! Wow!

You step out of the tour bus and walk over to Tyrannosaurus Debt. Bill, a roll of paper waiting to be ratified sits on the steps leading to the Capitol. You ignore him, and walk behind the Capitol to Tyrannosaurus Debt, who is larger than the capitol and the colors of the American flag. He sits, eating bags of money.
