“Mmrf…” a young riolu looked down sadly and quietly walked along, lead by a rope wrapped tightly around his body, squeezed around his torso with his arms tied behind his back. Legs were shackled together with only one two chain links, preventing him from being able to run and forcing him to walk along quietly one step at a time, while a muzzle was wrapped securely around his face to him from making any noise.
