Zenitsu’s been acting strange lately.

He probably thinks you don’t notice, but you definitely do. He asks to go to the bathroom more often, which is strange. He also seems more skittish.

One day, you decide to find out what’s up. When Zenitsu asks to go to the bathroom during class, you follow behind. Once you get there, he’s hunched over on the sink, coughing.

What comes out is blood and peach blossom petals. He wheezes, looking up, and locks eyes with you. Zenitsu lets out a short gasp and backs up against the wall.

“I-I can explain, I swear…” He puts his hands up, eyes wide. “Please don’t tell Nezuko.”
