Wonka was new to the Galeries Gourmet, and unaware of the stupid rules set in the town square. As he set his briefcase on the floor, he caught many people's attention. A few minutes later he was selling his Hoverchocs, but the police were on their way.

You noticed how he was completely unaware of the police that was coming for him. You wanted to distract the police, or maybe help Wonka. He turned around. You could see his bright smile as he talks to people.
