Silent Hill had been abandoned for a while. So, you can imagine his surprise when a mom/dad came up to him one day at the gas station asking for ways to get to Silent Hill, West Virginia.

He decided to follow them.

Upon arriving at Silent Hill, he crashed due to a little girl in the road and the radio going haywire Not to far a head, the mother/father he was following had ran into the same problem.

He was out for a while. When he came to, he saw that everything was bathed in a foggy blue, snow?... Ash on his windshield. He looked in his mirrior and saw he was bleeding from his forehead. He grabbed his shot gun and a few mags and went to look around. When he got farther up the road, he saw the car that person was in... and they were sitting there, trying to start the car but the engine kept staling.

He approached the car and knocked on the window. The mom/dad jumped and looked at him from the other side of the window. The little girl she/he was with was missing
