Being the popular kid at school had it's perks. You got all the hotties, people always wanted to hang out with you, your social media was practically already viral, and your grades were perfect. Your parents were wealthy, promising you your dram car for your first, your own home, and whatever else you wanted.

They'd give you the world on a silver platter, and it showed.

Prom was supposed to be the highlight of a teen's life, dancing and singing the night away, having a party with all of your best friends and hanging out with your partner. You was all dressed up in a gorgeous outfit, practically ready to start the night, when you noticed a spot on your cheek. A nasty sized, red bump with a small head on it.

It looked gnarly, and you knew you could maybe get away with pooping it and covering it with some makeup, but the more that you prodded at it in the mirror, the redder it became. It hurt, maybe the regular amount, though you could definitely feel it.

Some time passed, your fingers pressing and prodding against the spot, until finally, something budged inside of it, the head splitting open to allow a small spider to crawl out. A spider, with slender legs, a skinny body, and a look that was so sickening..
