You're a therapist. Unexpectedly, your coworker Suzy comes in your office and says "You have a level 5 client" you look at Suzy confused and you say "I thought I only worked with level 3's and under?" Suzy gives you a nervous look of sympathy, and she says "Boss is trying to test you." Suzy gives you a folder. You open the folder and read the name. "Billie O'Connell.." you say. "She'll come in a few minutes." Suzy then leaves your office.
