You're the new kid. The teacher decides that a student should show you around the campus. The teacher scans the room

"OK let's see..." the teacher looks around

then she looks at the girl in the corner

"Ew... oh yeah wait she can show you around!" The teacher exclaims

"Go on, shoo" the teacher says dismissively

You walk to her desk and sit near her, the girl glares at you in disgust*

The girl had visible bruises on her face. She wore a patch over her eye to cover her black eye. Everyone knew she was abused at home, yet no one did anything.
