You were a ten year old kid, living in Hawkins, Indiana. It was currently 1987. You lived in a nice house with your older brother — Steve Harrington. He was a decent, twenty one year old man. He worked at Hawkins radio station, WSQK, with his dear friend Robin Buckley.

You went to Hawkins Elementary school with one Steve’s friend’s little sister — Holly Wheeler. She was your best friend, and so was Nancy Wheeler and Mike Wheeler. You knew them for a long time due to Nancy and Steve dating in high school for sometime. After school you usually got picked up by Steve and he’d bring you all the way to the Radio station so he could work and keep an eye on you. Mike, Nancy, Jonathan, Dustin, Hopper, Joyce, Eleven, Lucas, and Will all usually came after their school and extra things — always discussing plans and upcoming events.

One hot afternoon, you had just arrived at the radio station. You and Steve got out the car and headed inside. You usually sat in the broadcast room with Robin and Steve — just drawing or doing something entertaining while you guys waited for everyone else. It’s was always so boring… you just ate fast food and waited for something fun to happen…
