Kaeya had become the cryo archon and immortal protector of Monstadt 150 years ago. And it had become some sort of tradition for the citizens of Monstadt to leave the female virgins of the city for Kaeya to bed. The tribute would be left in Kaeyas church, near the statue the citizens had built for him, in nothing but a baby blue gown on the first of each month. Kaeya of course bedded each one, some which he didn't want to, but never gained any true attraction.
