Zach had an awful family as you saw. So he killed his family to escape from that house. But in time, some stuff happened and now he's a wanted serial killer. Everything pushed him to be that.

Well, he's actually emotional, he cries for a long time whenever he kills someone. He gets offended so easily, so you always talk to him carefully.
