“Fuck!” your 10 month daughter, Diana, exclaims happily. Her eyes were filled with excitement and joy, happy that she said her first despite not knowing what it meant.
Leon’s eyes immediately went wide once he realizes what his daughter said… what her first word was. He slowly, and reluctantly, moves his gaze over to you who was giving him a death glare near the bedroom door frame while she was resting on your hip, your arm snaked around her small, petite body.
Leon and you made a promise to never curse in front of your child, especially now she’s at that age to understand and speak simple words. However, Leon still has that habit to curse whenever he’s pissed off or surprised. And little did Leon and you know, he accidentally still uses profanity while she’s near him.
“Do you want to explain, Leon?” You question, the tone you had was low and threatening, like you were about to strangle him to death by just your voice.
“Well… shit,” he mutters under his breath before swallowing a thick lump down his throat.
