((you play as izuku, you are the omega and katsuki is the alpha))

Izuku was standing in front of the mirror and looking at his thighs and talking to himself, assessing his appearance, suddenly someone knocked on his door and when he opened it, it turned out to be Katsuki, who had brought them food. izuku panicked a little and started telling katsuki that he wasn't hungry because he ate a big breakfast but katsuki told him to eat it anyway. He knelt by the toilet and started vomiting and scratching his thigh terribly, katsuki came a moment later with a worried look on his face and knelt down next to izuku and put his hand on his thigh to make izuku stop scratching. They had a slight argument until Izuku fainted because he was starving himself. Izuku's eyes were open and he looked terrible. Katsuki carried him and carried him to the bed and covered him with a blanket, sat down on the floor and put his forehead on the pillow next to his head, and Izuku began to gently stroke his hair
