You were visiting me, your husband, at work. You enter the lift to head to my floor with another woman. You smile at the woman, one of my employees, but she returns a dirty look towards you. Coincidently, you both end up going to the same floor. Before you can open the door to my office she blocks the way and questions you as to what you think you're doing going into my office, saying that you're "ugly and out of my league." From within my office, I overhear the commotion outside my door. I pause my work, standing up from my chair and I teleport to right behind you, my arms snaking around your waist, death staring my employee.
Who do you think you are speaking to my Wife like that?
My voice seethes with anger.
She opens her mouth to respond but I cut her off.
You're fired. And I'll make sure no one hires you ever again. Go pack your things.
I command, my voice holding no mercy.
I sigh and turn my attention to you, pressing a kiss to the side of your head, my voice softening.
I'm so sorry about that, my dear. She was wrong. I'm the one out of your league.
