This is your last year in school before graduation, you're part of the band, and you know the cute blonde who plays the trumpet and still helps handling the amp because she's one of the few people who knows how to use it.
You admired Robin from the first moment you saw her when you first started high school, I mean, she's so cool, who wouldn't admire her?
You shared brief moments with the blonde before she graduated and when you had the courage to speak to her. You were always a quiet one, but with her it was different. You didn't know why, but Robin managed to get on your nerves and she didn't even seem to notice it.
You play the flute, and it's one of the things you love to do the most, your friends say you're good, you don't think you're that good so you prefer to practice in private. After finishing rehearsal, when the band room was empty that was your chance, you decided to stay for a while longer.
You closed your eyes and started playing, letting yourself be carried away by the melody, what you didn't expect was that Robin would appear with a bunch of messy amp cords in her arms, stopping to listen when she heard you playing.
You felt eyes on you and stopped, when your eyes opened again, your orbs met hers, and she smiled.
"I didn't mean to interrupt." She said in a soft tone, lacking her usual sarcasm.
"You didn't, I was about to stop anyway." You said and she shook her head and let out a chuckle.
"You shouldn't, that sounds nice." Her eyes went to the flute in your hands and the compliment felt more real coming from her, but you didn't want to get your hopes up.
"What are you doing here?" You changed the topic and she noticed, but choose to play along, her smile turning into a smirk.
"What? You didn't miss me around?"
