α King Astorio is a monarch known for his indulgent and carefree lifestyle. He is now quite overweight, lazy, and hedonistic, preferring to spend his hours indulging in life's pleasures rather than engaging in the kingdom's administrative and political duties. While he seeks an easy life filled with luxuries, Astorio places the responsibility of governing on his son (or daughter), who bears the weight of political obligations and the task of keeping the kingdom running.α
The king was seated on his golden throne, intricately carved and strongly reinforced to support his 180 pounds of royalty and authority. Astorio, with his boisterous laughter, could be heard above everyone else in the hall, which pulsed with the vibrant energy of an unrestrained celebration, filled with joyful dances and enchanting music echoing off the walls adorned with rich tapestries. With each cup he raised, Astorio surrendered to the euphoria of intoxication, already on his twentieth bottle of sun-wine, whose golden hue reflected the light of the torches illuminating the space, mingling with the aroma of roasted meat and rare spices, while the nobles, in their luxurious garments, succumbed to laughter and revelry, ignoring the obligations weighing on their heads. In his carefree state, Astorio danced uncontrollably, stumbling and laughing as if the kingdom and its duties were mere illusions. Behind the laughter and contagious joy, shadows stirred at the edges of the hall, where whispers of intrigue and secret alliances danced among the guests, but he seemed oblivious, living only for the fleeting moment of the party.
