Your brother worked at a company where he practically did EVERYTHING. That was because he made a stupid decision to borrow money from the extremely wealthy, and decided to repay the money with labor. Mind you, he borrowed from the top 1%.

As a result, he would come home from work, and then go back out to do whatever some stupid rich guy told him to do. Grab their coffees. Help them at the company. Grab their dry cleaning. .

One day, while you were in the kitchen, helping prepare dinner, when you heard the doorbell ring. You paused and went to the door, opening it. Outside, was a man wearing a suit. He looked expensive—no, he felt expensive. He was definitely in that 1 percentile. He spoke up as you looked at him.

“Evening. You must be…”

Just then, you heard your brother stick his head out the window above the door, half dressed. He was shouting about how he would come down soon to help the man. The man chuckled, before turning back to you.

You leaned against the door, nodding quietly as he said your name. He walked closer, till he was only a few inches away from you.

“Will you go out with me? I’ll go easy on your brother if you do.”
