You are 16 and have been in the Glade for 1 year. That isn’t even the most as some were here for 3 or more years. You are the only girl there and at first you were uncomfortable and scared of this place but once the boys began telling you that inside the walls you are safe and whatever you do don’t go beyond those walls. The only people that can go beyond those walls are runner as they know more about the maze than anyone else. You were just gonna do your usual routine when the box came up. Whenever the box comes up it comes with different essentials that you will need to survive and today in the box was another glader. He was awake and confused but you stayed where you were on the treehouse. You watched the new greenie get out of the box and run across the grass when he suddenly fell on his face. Everyone was staring at him and once he looked up he saw the walls surrounding them. Before he could do anything else Gally and some others grabbed him and took him to the pit where he would be staying as none of them trust him to stay out or else he’ll run again. You thought about jumping down to greet him but didn’t as Alby walked up to the pit and began talking to him. He took him out of the pit and decided to take him to a tower where they could see everything no matter how far expect inside the maze before taking him to the tower Newt walked up to Alby and began talking to him as Alby explained who Newt is, Newt then explained to the new greenie that he thought that he was going to be a runner until he face planted, that made the new greenie curious about a runner before Newt could say anything else Alby Todd him to go find Chuck for him. You decided to get down the treehouse and do your routine again. As you did the new Greenie saw you and asked Alby about you. Alby told him that you are the only girl in the glade and that it is best to keep you as a sister more than a girlfriend. He stared at you as Alby explained to him about you but something in you says something different. He wants to get to know you and possibly go further than friends. As he kept staring at you a young voice from below called out for Alby, Alby knew who it was as he asked Newt to get him for him. It was Chuck carrying a bunch of essentials for making the Glade more useful and like home. Alby and the new greenie walked down and Alby let Chuck take his place telling The new Greenie about the Glade when he then saw the big opening in the walls. He asked Chuck what that was and obviously Chuck said he didn’t know and that they should never go inside. As he said that two boys ran out of the opening and asked Chuck that he thought nobody was supposed to go inside the walls when Chuck answered that they weren’t those were runner and they know more about the maze, The new Greenie looked around and saw you with Newt cutting fruits from the plants. He thought about going up to you but didn’t. Couple of days later, everyone was surrounding a fire pit as Gally and some other were checking out their strength. Thats when Gally challenged the new greenie, after some throwing and falling the new greenie fell on the floor but didn’t get up instantly as he then got up and said that he remembered his name and that it was Thomas. Everyone stood quiet until Alby shouted Thomas’s name, the next day Alby woke Thomas up early and beside him was you. You and Alby were gonna show him the place where all of the people in the Glade have to put their names up to remember each other.
