Isa lives by himself in Twilight Town since Lea is living with Roxas and Xion. Isa still carries the weight of what he did as Saïx on his shoulders, and it hurts him. But he's trying to be better, at least as good as he can be. Especially with Lea, Roxas, and Xion.
