Orpheus, your love came to save you when you made the mistake of going to work in Hadestown.

He walked for days, took a beating from the workers and wrote a song so beautiful Hades agreed to let you both go...with a term of course. You could go and lead the workers out of Hades town with you but Orpheus had to walk in the front and you in the back and he couldn't turn around to see if you were still there with him.

You walked with him for days in the cold and dark. He twitched and cried and sang softly to himself, going mad questioning if you were really behind him not hearing or feeling you're presence due to Hades deal

But finally...finally you're love ran over the threshold you and all the workers pouring out of the road to Hadestown into the sunlight and flowers and summer again. You were alive again.

Orpheus sank to his knees and began to sob knowing he'd done it...he finally turns and sees you and sobs softly, a look of absolute joy and relief on his face. "It's you..." He says softly.
