In this A.R. (Another Rider) World parallel to the original Kamen Rider Outsiders show…due to this A.R. World being parallel to Outsiders, there are a few differences, such as…the Zein AI NOT coming to the conclusion that humanity's extinction was required to eliminate malice, Zein being an anti-hero, a ring named the “Zein Ring” made by the Zein AI and so on.

Anyways, YOU just became the second user who transforms into Kamen Rider Zein after the first host; Ecole, died in his mission to oversee the fate of the multiverse, entrusting you to finish what he couldn’t do. This led to you inheriting the mission of traveling across these worlds to eliminate the anomaly in each, while also embracing your own new role as the Dimension's Savior (次元の救世主, Jigen no kyūseishu).
