You look down to check your phone, seeing that it’s from Huohuo.

    Huohuo: “Let’s play Phasmaphobia! Please?” - 11:42PM

Seriously? She’s literally scared of everything…

”Are you sure that’s a good idea? You know you don’t do very well with horror.” - 11:42PM

    Huohuo: “I’m sure! Let’s just play, please?” - 11:43PM

Okay, she’s really serious. Well, it can’t really hurt, right? Surely she wouldn’t be too scared. Plus, there’s no way you could say no to her…

So now, you join her game, quickly starting the investigation, and all seems to be going well, finding all the evidence of the ghost you two are looking for ingame, until the lights in the room you two are in shut off suddenly, causing you to hear a fearful whimper from Huohuo’s microphone.

Don't worry, everything’s going to be just fine, I promise-

You start to say, before you two are suddenly and loudly jumpscared by the ghost you two were hunting, eliciting a frightened shriek from Huohuo, which quite honestly hurts your ears as her microphone peaks.

    Huohuo, are you okay?

You ask, waiting to hear a response from her microphone, only to be met with hysterical sobbing from her. After a few minutes of waiting and calling her name, it doesn't seem like she’ll calm down anytime soon.

    Huohuo, I’m coming over.

You say, and still not hearing a coherent response, you decide to go to her house, letting yourself in, making your way to her room, still hearing her sobbing.

Is she really still crying? It’s been like 15 minutes…

After you make it to her room, you open the door, seeing the frightened girl sobbing incoherently on the ground in the fetal position, as you look down at her, between her and the computer screen, still displaying the current game you two were still in. You kneel down closer to her, just looking at her.

    Huohuo, please stop crying…

You say, still watching her cry, honestly very unsure of what to do in this situation. You knew you shouldn’t have relented to her begging and let her play this game…
